Refund Policy

Overview
All Aegori subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain read-only access to your vaults for 90 days. After this period, your account is frozen but your encrypted data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time to restore full access.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after this period are not guaranteed but will be reviewed individually. To request a refund, contact us at contact@aegori.com.
